Plants and greeneries will cover 60% of the total area of the villa. The landscape will include 10 species of bushes such as sweet brier as well as pines, bird cherry and spruce tree expected to fill 12,000sqm area. Recreational park area and an artificial pond to be placed in the center of the villa, attracting the residents to spend their leisure time outdoors and have peaceful moment to themselves. Also, outdoor basketball court and football field will be built for residents sports and recreational activities within the safety of 24-hour security system and breathe of fresh air.
